The 41st Annual Conference of the Nigerian mathematical Society which held at university of Ibadan from May 6 to May 10, 2024, ended successfully with respective participants making interesting presentations in their respective areas of the field of mathematics. The event also witnessed high profile invited mathematicians as guest from outside overseas, who delivered lectures on recent findings in their areas of the discipline.
The event ended with the Annual General Meeting that saw a new set of members of the council of the society elected by the duly registered participants at the event.
The Council of NMS sincerely appreciated the Local Organising Committee for summounting all the challenges faced to host a very successful event. The next event is scheduled to hold at Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State.
